1. Returns and Refunds

At Phakronxxit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have certain rights when purchasing goods online in the UK.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

2. Return Period

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to cancel your order and return it for a full refund. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. This right applies to distance contracts (online purchases) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If we have not provided you with clear information about your right to cancel, the cancellation period may be extended to 12 months from the date of delivery.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The return must be initiated within the 14-day return period

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at mailuse@phakronxxit.world with your order number
2. Provide a reason for the return
3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
5. Send the product to the address provided in the return instructions

5. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or we made an error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products without proof of purchase
• Products returned after the 14-day return period
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

9. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at mailuse@phakronxxit.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

10. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by email at mailuse@phakronxxit.world.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your payment provider. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mailuse@phakronxxit.world.

12. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. As a UK consumer, you have rights under:

• Consumer Rights Act 2015: Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described
• Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: Right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days
• Sale of Goods Act 1979: Goods must match their description and be of merchantable quality

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement, regardless of this returns policy. These rights apply for up to 6 years from purchase (5 years in Scotland).
